Most nationalities need a visa; some can enter visa-free or get one on arrival. Rules depend on your passport, so tell us your nationality and we will confirm what applies. We can arrange tourist visas for eligible travellers.

Usually a passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent passport-size photo, a copy of your passport and a confirmed return or onward ticket. Some nationalities need extra documents. Our team will give you the exact list when you enquire.

November to March is the most comfortable, with pleasant daytime temperatures that suit desert safaris, city tours and beaches. Summer (June to September) is very hot, but hotels and packages are cheaper and indoor attractions are popular.

Pick a package, choose your travel date and the number of adults, children and infants on the package page, add it to the cart and send your booking enquiry at checkout. Our team confirms availability and the next steps by email or phone.

Typically hotel pick-up and drop-off, dune bashing in a 4x4, camel ride, sandboarding, a BBQ dinner and live shows. Inclusions vary by package, so check the package page for the exact list.

Children enjoy it, and infants usually travel free. Dune bashing is bumpy, so it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back, neck or heart conditions, or very young babies. Ask us about a gentler alternative such as a dhow cruise or city tour.

Light, breathable clothing for the heat. In malls, souks, mosques and public areas dress modestly, with shoulders and knees covered. Swimwear is fine at beaches and pools. Women visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi must cover their hair, arms and legs.

The currency is the UAE Dirham (AED). Major credit and debit cards are accepted almost everywhere, and ATMs and currency exchange offices are widely available. Carry some cash for taxis, markets and tips.

Yes. Public displays of affection, offensive language and photographing people without permission are discouraged or illegal. Drones need a permit, and drugs, including some medicines that are legal elsewhere, are strictly prohibited. Alcohol is only served in licensed venues, and drinking in public places is not allowed.

We strongly recommend it. It covers medical costs, cancellations and lost baggage, and some visa types and tour operators ask for proof of it.

The UAE uses 230V at 50Hz with UK-style type G plugs. Bring a travel adapter if your devices use a different plug.

Yes, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact us as early as possible with your booking details, because tours and hotels may have their own cut-off times.

After you send your enquiry and we confirm availability, we share the payment options. Please contact us for the current bank details before sending any money. Never pay to an account that did not come from us directly.
