These terms apply to all bookings and enquiries made through this website with Lifetime Tourism LLC ("we", "us"). By sending an enquiry or booking you agree to them.
Sending an enquiry or adding a package to your cart is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms availability and price to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any required payment is received.
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change until your booking is confirmed. Payment methods and deadlines are shared with you after your enquiry is confirmed. Please only pay into bank accounts provided to you directly by our team.
You must give accurate names, passport details and contact information. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa for the UAE and for meeting health and entry requirements. Children and infants are priced according to the package details.
Itineraries, timings and inclusions are described in good faith and may change because of weather, safety, traffic, venue closures or government rules. We will offer a suitable alternative where possible. Pick-up times are confirmed shortly before the tour, and guests must be ready on time because late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Visa approval is decided only by the UAE authorities. We assist with applications but cannot guarantee approval.
Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and drivers and respect UAE laws and local customs. We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour endangers others, without refund.
We act as an organiser and agent for hotels, airlines and tour suppliers and are not liable for delays, losses or injuries caused by third parties or events outside our control. We recommend travel insurance. Nothing here limits any right you have under UAE consumer law.
