Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided in good faith as general guidance for travellers visiting Dubai and the UAE. While we work to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Prices and availability

Prices, itineraries, timings and inclusions can change without notice because of supplier rates, season, demand and government fees. A price or booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.

Visas and entry requirements

Entry rules are set by the UAE authorities and may change at any time. Visa approval is decided solely by the immigration authorities. We assist with applications but cannot guarantee approval, and fees paid to the authorities are generally non-refundable if an application is rejected. Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa and any other required documents.

Tours and activities

Tours and activities may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled because of weather, safety, traffic, government restrictions or other events outside our control. Where possible we will offer a suitable alternative. Activities such as desert safaris involve physical risk, and guests should follow the instructions of the guides and tell us about any medical condition before booking.

Travel insurance and personal belongings

We recommend that all travellers take out suitable travel insurance. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for delays caused by airlines, hotels or other third parties.
