Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel or change a booking

Please contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp with your name and booking details as early as possible. A cancellation or change takes effect only once we confirm it to you in writing.

Tours and activities

Tours such as desert safaris, dhow cruises and city tours are confirmed with local suppliers for a set date and time. The earlier you tell us, the more of your payment we can usually return. Cancellations made very close to the tour time, and no-shows, may not be refundable. The terms shown on your confirmation apply to your booking.

Holiday packages with hotels and flights

Hotel and flight bookings are subject to the cancellation rules of the hotel or airline, which can be strict, especially for peak dates and special offers. Some bookings are non-refundable. We will tell you the applicable terms before you pay.

Visas

Visa fees are paid to the authorities once an application is submitted. If an application is rejected or cancelled after submission, those fees are generally not refundable. Our service charge may also be non-refundable once work on your application has started.

If we cancel

If we or our supplier have to cancel a tour, for example because of weather or safety, we will offer you another date or a full refund of the amount you paid for that tour.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment, or by bank transfer, after deducting any non-recoverable supplier charges. Processing times depend on your bank.
